DESCRIPTION:Flower Sale Fundraiser\nCub Scouts Pack 29 and Boy Scout Troop 29 East Moriches is once again conducting their annual Mother’s Day Flower Sale. \nThis flower sale is one of several important fundraising events held throughout the year that helps the Pack & Troop Offset their operating expenses. \n\nPlease download and print the following forms: \nFlower Sale Brochure.  Print this form and show it to your customers so that they will see what each product looks like. \nFlower Sale Tally Form.  Print one copy of this form list on it each sale you make.  You will need to make a copy of this form when you are done for submission at Troop meeting as indicated on the form. \nFlower Sale Receipt.  Print many copies of this and give half of the page to the customer as a receipt for payment.  The customer brings this with them when picking up flowers at the firehouse on the Saturday before Mothers Day. \nOrders and payment are due on Tuesday 4/21/2015 \n(unless otherwise instructed by your local Den/Pack/Patrol leader) \n  \n\nFlowers will be available for pickup:\nSaturday\, 5/9/2015 from 8:00AM to 1:00PM\nEast Moriches Fire Department  |  Pine Street  |  East Moriches \n\n  \n  \nCar Wash\nThe annual Car Wash is also on Saturday\, 5/9/2015 from 9:00AM to 3:00PM at the firehouse. Download flyer and post it in your neighborhood! \nWe need all hands on deck to setup\, wash cars\, and cleanup! Setup starts at 8:30am. A signup sheet is available for scouts and parents at the Troop meetings. Please contact Leslie if you are able to volunteer for this fundraiser. \n\n  \nALL CORNED BEEF & CABBAGE TICKET MONEY IS DUE AT THIS TUESDAY’S MEETING – March 3.\nAs written in the Troop Guidelines\, each scout is asked to sell ten tickets to each event. Tickets that are not sold are expected to be purchased by the scout. NO TICKETS ARE TO BE RETURNED. \nOur Troop has several fundraisers during the course of the year.   Money raised pays for needed equipment\, scout camp reservations\, and lower fees for scouts on outings to name a few. Each scout is expected to actively participate in these fundraisers. \nFundraisers are our way of helping the troop with additional expenses. Parents are required to help out. In addition to helping your scout sell tickets\, we ask that parents/guardians also sign up to help with each fundraiser. If we do not raise the funds\, we will have to charge more for dues. Everyone’s participation is expected. \nThank you to all those parents and scouts that have signed up to help out at this year’s Corned Beef & Cabbage Dinner.
